  • Document Collection:
    Custom Brokers start by collecting all your required documents, i.e., the bill of lading, packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin, and all permits or licenses required

  • Customs Declarations:

  • Release & Delivery Finals:
    Custom brokers will than calculate duties payable, Duty/GST, and other charges on declared value, country of origin, and product type of your shipment-to keep you far from overpayment and unexpected charges
  • Customs Clearance & Coordination
    Once the declaration is submitted, Custom brokers manage communication with customs officers, resolve any issues or inspections, and ensure your goods are cleared promptly.
  • Final Release & Delivery:
    After clearance, your goods are released and either stored in a bonded facility or delivered directly to their final destination-ready for use, sale, or distribution)

  • Cargo Pickup & Handling:
    Your cargo is loaded at the origin point and transported safely to the seaport, airport, or warehouse. Special marking, labeling, and packaging as needed are handled by us
  • Tankers & Monitoring:
    Freight Forwarders contact carriers and arrange your cargo transportation-ocean freight, air freight, or road freight. Freight Forwarders will also track your shipment online and inform you of status en route
  • Customs Clearance:
    Freight Forwarders will also with Custom Brokers / customs personnel to ensure on-time clearance at last destination, prepayment of duty, tax, and inspection to ensure hassle-free flow.
  • Delivery at Last Destination:
    Once customs clearance is complete , Freight Forwarders monitors and ensures the consignment/ cargo reaches final destination-warehouse, business, or distribution center-safe and sound on time following clearance.
